Fill out a health history form

    We will then email or post you the forms before your first session. Fill out the forms and send back via internet or bring them to your first session.

Visiting the gym

    At your initial session we will talk about you, your health history, any concerns or challenges you face and your strength training goals. Ann-Margaret will advise you how best to proceed after a short postural assessment. If we do find postural imbalances we will begin with sessions of deep core postural work using The Egoscue Method and then move onto the more traditional weight lifting exercises using good posture as our base. Bring your calendar to book future sessions.

    After the initial session you will have all the information you need to proceed down the path of great physical fitness. I have a variety of packages and payment plans to fit your schedule and budget. Upon payment your session times will be reserved. All you have to do is show up.
